Refined family home<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

South Holland<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the middle of the stately heart of the city, we created a family home that fully reflects the wishes and refined tastes of its residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During a large-scale renovation, the interior of this house was completely rebuilt, striking a harmonious balance between contemporary design and restored, authentic architectural details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The carefully chosen layout, materials, use of colour and furniture create a soft, relaxed atmosphere throughout the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plinth height is subtly accentuated in the cabinet fronts, where the lines of the steel profile and the direction of the wood veneer reinforce this. By turning the veneer in different directions, the natural beauty of the material is shown at its best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luxury and comfort come together in every detail of the design.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

On each floor, the spaces are in open connection with each other, with the stairwell as a central element. Different seating arrangements and functional zones create a natural arrangement of spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The subdued colour palette emphasises the clear line of the design, while dark accents enhance the architectural depth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new staircase is a perfectly integrated design. The flowing soft shape acts like a ribbon winding through the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The subtle recess in the stucco at the bottom of the staircase accentuates this playful yet elegant element.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
