In this compact new construction project, many home functions needed to be placed within the limited amount of square metres. The layout of the shell was determinative in this. We challenged ourselves to come up with surprising new set-ups, which resulted in the optimal layout.

Using 3D visuals, we were able to visualise the various possibilities.
