Landhaus in den W\u00e4ldern<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Das Besondere an diesem Projekt ist zweifelsohne die Lage: Das Landhaus befindet sich mitten im Wald. Auf der Auffahrt taucht das Haus zwischen den B\u00e4umen auf und gibt einen weiten Blick auf den Fluss frei. Eine Art Stillleben mit vorbeifliegenden G\u00e4nsen und gro\u00dfen Binnenschiffen, die langsam am Haus vorbeiziehen und zum Betrachten einladen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Architekt hat die Umgebung perfekt ausgenutzt. Das Haus ist so konzipiert, dass man von jedem Punkt des Hauses eine andere Aussicht hat. Das war die Grundlage f\u00fcr unsere Pl\u00e4ne; bei jeder Aussicht eine andere Emotion zu schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Haus besteht aus drei Volumen, von denen eines etwas tiefer gelegen ist. Dieser untere Teil konzentriert sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf die Waldseite des Grundst\u00fccks. Hier wurde viel Privatsph\u00e4re geschaffen, um den Swimmingpool und die Terrasse in Ruhe genie\u00dfen zu k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Absprache mit dem Architekten ist entschieden worden, die W\u00e4nde dieser Seite des Hauses mit einer Verkleidung aus R\u00e4ucheresche zu versehen. In verschiedenen Breiten und Dicken verlegt, was die spielerischen Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten der Natur widerspiegelt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf der Innenseite setzt sich die Verkleidung fort und verbindet so das Innere mit dem \u00c4u\u00dferen und bringt Ruhe in das Haus. Die Innenverkleidung hat eine glattere Oberfl\u00e4che und wirkt dadurch verfeinert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieses Muster findet sich auch in der Deckenverkleidung im oberen Wohnbereich wieder. Der warme Braunton der Esche vermittelt ein Gef\u00fchl der Geborgenheit. Ein sch\u00f6ner Kontrast zu den Glasfronten und dem harten Boden, der aus gro\u00dfen Fliesen besteht. Dieser Boden erstreckt sich \u00fcber das gesamte Erdgeschoss und setzt sich \u00fcber die Terrassen und die Treppe zum Untergeschoss fort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf der Wasserseite ist die Aussicht v\u00f6llig offen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der h\u00f6her gelegene hintere Teil des Hauses hat eine etwa 30 Meter lange Glasfront, die einen Panoramablick auf den Fluss bietet. Das Interieur kn\u00fcpft an die klaren architektonischen Linien an und betont hier und da das Linienspiel. So gibt es zum Beispiel eine 23 Meter lange Beleuchtungsarmatur, das vom Wohnzimmer bis zum Hauptschlafzimmer reicht.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
